The A&S edition of Atenveld's Southwind can in the mail this week and had an amazing article about Camp Kitchen Management in it. With the help of its authors, I'm sure my kitchen will run as smooth as ever.

I continue to have difficulty getting people to commit early in the process. I seem to always have a last minute rush on joining. If anyone has ideas on how to make this part work easier, PLEASE let me know. I enjoy everything about being kitchen mistress except playing the meany and enforcing the deadline.
