Altavia Baronial Equestrian Championship



Once again, thundering hooves are heard in the Barony of Altavia. Noble lords and ladies, prepare to take the field of honor to vie for the privilege of becoming the Altavia Baronial Equestrian Champion. Riders of all skills are encouraged to take part in this tournament, and to show their prowess and martial skills in various games.

Riders! You are encouraged, nay enticed, to bring your finest trappings as there will be a contest for best dressed Rider and Horse combination.

Schedule of the Day:
8:00 a.m. - site opens for set-up
9:00 a.m. - sign-up/warm-up for horses and riders
10:00 a.m. - opening court and procession
tournament to start after opening court
4:00 p.m. - closing court
6:00 p.m. - site closes

Fees:
$5 for members. There will be a $3 surcharge for non-members. Children aged five and under are guests of the Barony.

Take your favorite route to Highway 23 in Thousands Oaks (links the 101 and 118). Take the Avenida de los Arboles exit and head east (turn left if coming from the 118, turn right if coming from the 101). Go one long block, and turn right onto Erbes Rd. Take the first right onto Avenida de las Flores. The Equestrian center will be on your left, just past the Dog Park.

Additional Information & Links
This event will also be the Final Court of Business for Laertes and Bridget, and all members of Altavia and Friends of Altavia are encouraged to attend. This tournament will determine the Equestrian Champion for the Baronial Heirs, The Honorable Lord Thorin O’Seaghda and The Honorable Lady Courtney of the White Meadow.
