Re-Enacting
(In the Style of “Out Drinking” by some funny old guy)
Shoulda seen me last night, when I fell on my face
then I burned myself with my own cigarette
I went stumblin round the crowded camp and sloshing all my mead
Glad that they had said ‘discreetly wet’
Then I stepped on a Laurel while I was out belly dancing
I think I lead a medieval conga line!

I got drunk and tied the legs up of a Baron from the Highlands
Howlin like a banshee all the way
I thought I lost my lighter, so I strolled back into camp
Yankin up on tent stakes on my way
Then I partied with the squires and I puked on Sir Boolah
And Slapped a Cookie on his big beee hind

I make faces at the highbrows and I always gotta let one slip

So I’m goin to another SCA event
Does anybody here wanna try to be drunker than me?
Well I’ll take you a fighter’s field where we can kick some ass
Then a blue feather camp where we get our drinks for free!
We’ll do Pirate punch and homemade mead and cordials just for fun
We’ll wash it down with a gallon of some dandelion wine
