Luaithrenn the Falconer's Wife was born in the area we now call Ireland in 1068 AD. She lives with her husband, Christopher the Falconer, on a small manor in the north of the country, what we now know as County Tyrone. They are landholders in service to the Lords of Tyrone, the landed nobility (as such) in that area. Luaithrenn delights in song and dance, though she struggles with more mundane affairs such as cooking and sewing. Luckily her husband is a keeper of falcons for the Lords and as such Luaithrenn is able to employ servants to cook and clean while she looks after her daughter and joins her husband on the hunt.
