No, it's not primarily for Meridies, but for all SCA members. Where did you get that idea?
But yes: It's created by [Valgardr] and his helpers from Meridies, so we tend to have more people and information from there. But other kingdoms are very welcome to try to outgrow the Meridies gang.  |
