I am AElric. Ten years ago I left England to follow Count Raymond on the great pilgrimage to rescue the Holy Seplechur and Jerusalem from the infidels. After we achieved His victory I stayed in Jerusalem for a while then decided to head home. Along the way I met the lady who would become my wife. We have been traveling with my vassels across Europe witnessing His lands. Soon I shall return home with my new family and assume the title given to my father by William l. I have seen much slaughter on my pilgrimage to both Christian and infidel. God willing, I will never have to unsheath my sword again.
