Henry VIII executed loads of people just because of their thoughts, so he surely cared about that.
It might also be good that Thunder's Keep isn't located in USA. If you write something here, you can of course be sued in USA (or kicked out of SCA) for it, but as I'm the one who have to take away anonymous stuff, and I only care about doing the right thing, not so much about what American lawyers and SCA says.
